Sujit Dey
Founder and Chief Technology Officer
Sujit has twenty years of experience in research, technology, and product development in wireless networks, wireless multimedia, systems, circuits, and design tools. He founded Ortiva Wireless in 2004 based on innovative technologies developed at UCSD, where he is a Professor and heads the Mobile Systems Design and Test Laboratory. He has served as advisor and/or director of Zyray Wireless, ST Microelectronics, and NEC USA. Sujit holds 11 patents, and has published over 150 papers in technical journals and conference proceedings.

Babak Jafarian
Chief Strategy Officer
Babak Jafarian has more than 15 years of experience in technology and product development in the wireless communications industry. Prior to co-founding Ortiva in 2004, he led the Network Solutions Group at Wireless Facilities, Inc. (WFI), and held management roles at Motorola and O2 in the UK. Babak holds a Ph.D. in electronic and electrical engineering from King's College London and an MBA from the London School of Economics.

Bob Sanders
VP Sales
Bob Sanders is a twenty-year veteran of technology sales and marketing. Bob was a partner in AXIOM Sales Force Development, where he helped major wireless and wireline companies such as BellSouth, XO Communications, and Alltel develop their sales teams and selling strategies.

Amin Varis
VP Engineering
Amin Varis brings to Ortiva over twenty-five years of experience heading development groups in the US and India. Amin has held VP roles in engineering and business development for Soniya Technologies, Ishoni Networks, Tiara (Tasman) Networks, and Fortune 500 companies, such as Harris Corporation, Rockwell International, and GTE.

Craig Lee
VP Marketing & Business Development
Craig Lee brings over twenty years of experience in marketing, sales, business development and raising capital to Ortiva Wireless. Prior to Ortiva, Craig led marketing and business development at Nuera Communications and was in the Corporate Strategy and Development group at Ameritech Corporation. Craig holds a BA in Economics from Williams College and an MBA from Stanford University.

Brad Hurte
VP Corporate Marketing
Brad has over twenty years of experience in the communications systems, subsystems, and components industries. Prior to Ortiva Wireless, Brad served as VP of Global Marketing and President of the US operations of Sarantel Ltd., a UK manufacturer formed in 2000 and taken public in 2005.

Troy Noll
Controller
Troy Noll has over 10 years of experience in high growth software start-ups and joins Ortiva from Fastmobile where he served as VP, Controller, and Corporate Secretary. Prior to Fastmobile, he was VP, Controller, and Corporate Secretary for Vista Software Solutions. Troy holds a BS in Accounting and Finance from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
